​How do I place an order?​
To place an order, click on the "BUY" link on the main menu. We accept payments via Paypal. If you are an a/v installer or dealer and would like to inquire about wholesale pricing, please email wholesale@remotebuddies.com
Does the remote cover have to be removed to charge the remote on the docking station?
In regards to the RB890 cover, you can bypass the charging cradle completely and plug the charging adapter directly into the remote control (with the cover still on) to charge. If you would like to charge the remote control in the cradle, you would have to remove the cover to do so. In regards to the RB980 cover, yes you do have to remove the Remote Buddies cover to charge the remote.

What is the warranty on Remote Buddies remote control covers?​
Remote Buddies remote covers are warranted free of defects in material and workmanship under normal wear, use and operation for a period of 30 days. ​If you have a warranty issue, please contact Remote Buddies via email at customerservice@remotebuddies.com for an RGA number. Warranty returns will not be accepted without a RGA number. Customer is responsible for shipping to Remote Buddies.

​What is the return policy for Remote Buddies? ​​​
If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact Remote Buddies via email at returns@remotebuddies.com for a RGA number within 14 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted without a RGA number. Shipping and handling is non refundable. Refunds will be issued less shipping and handling and 15% restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by customer. Refund will be issued after items have been received.

How are orders shipped?​
We ship orders via USPS or FedEx. Orders are shipped from San Clemente, California. Orders are normally shipped same day.
Approximate domestic shipping times are as follows:
USPS Standard Shipping - approximately 2-8 days.
FedEx Ground Shipping - approximately 2-5 business days.
FedEx 2 day Shipping - 2 business days.

Are Remote Buddies available through distributors?
